Transfer of Shares or Sell

I have a number of shares as part of a bonus share scheme with the company I work at, these shares are held in trust for three years before maturing. I have a number of shares (ADRs) maturing this year which either have to be sold or transferred to a personal brokerage account.

My shares have gained in value over the last three years and if I sell, will be subject to CGT (Approx €800). DeGiro do not accept the shares I have, so opening a personal account with them isn't an option. I contacted Davy but their fee's seem really expensive and i'm not sure if it would be worth it.

Can anyone give me a steer on what might be the best option here? Or how I can figure that out?

    Thank in advance
