Firestick and ibox - not working

    Hi all,

    I have a subscription to ibox and use my Amazon Firestick to watch things through ibox.

    Working great for ages but a few days ago when I try to watch anything it just resets the page and does not allow me.

    When I try it on my laptop it works through the browser.

    I restarted the firestick, uninstalled and reinstalled ibox, logged out and logged back in... etc. Not sure what I can do.

    Sadly their customer support is non-existent so I do not expect a response from them but I did read out to them.


    Anyone here got any tips?
