    Hi reaching out looking for anyone who has bought a new build in mogeely co cork. I went sale agreed last year and I have just been informed by developers the price has risen by 60k can you contact me if you are affected by this ? Thanks

    Hey, I also went sale agreed on one of these houses last year and our house price also increased by 60K, with a loss of some of the original inclusions in the house. Are you still purchasing the property? We haven’t signed the contracts yet
