Market for renting a room but just Sun-Friday

Would anybody have an opinion on whether I could rent out a room in a new build on the above conditions? It was a thing back in the day but not sure where the land lies now.

I'm out in Newcastle so it wouldn't be as big of a draw as somewhere more central. Loads of busy industrial parks though.

I think you would!

Maybe give leeway for some weekends, but people are generally desparate for accommodation at the moment.

You would often see a line saying Monday to Friday only etc on daft when I used to rent years ago.

Better chance of it as more people returning to the office, my previous lodger was Monday evening to Friday morning. When he moved out I advertised with two different rates, one for 5 days and one for 7. Unfortunately that was 2020 so with working from home all the people like my former lodger moved home so I ended up with an international lodger who's still here but it took a while to get used to 24/7 and lockdowns!!
