Transition from Windows laptops to MacBook.... Is it me, or do others also find this difficult?

    I've had Windows computers for about 20 years. I recently had a rush of blood to the head and bought a MacBook because I like using my iPhone and iPad. I'm having some problems in opening pdf documents, moving files around, saving to external drive, etc...

    Can someone recommend a good book or website I could use?
