Honeywell Evohome weird issues

We got the system installed last year. Downstairs UFH (4 zones) and some 8 rads upstairs (we don't have 8 bedrooms, just 4 bedroom house). Everything worked really well for some 12-15 months but in Jan we started noticing that the UFH was behaving weirdly. We set the temperature on the controller to 17 degrees but the thermostat is showing us (and we feel it) that the temp is 24-25 degrees.

The issue was firstly happening in teh kitchen and now in the dining room (kitchen is OK now). The initial installer who isn't a plumber came over but wasn't sure what the issue was. He did some resetting of zones but that didnt help. He thought there may be blockage in the actuators but not sure. Can anyone guess what the problem might be? Very difficult to even find an authorised Evohome installer in the country and/or someone who understands boththe plumbing and the electrics...

Maybe an electrician, but lots of plumbers should be able to check.

You need to find out if the signal is reaching the actuators and if the actuators are responding to it. Did the installer try removing the actuator head to check it the valve is working?

No. The installer was an electrician so he admitted he wasn't 100% ok with plumbing. The UFH controller seems to be working ok as he checked that well. He did comment that there's a lot of dirt

It's a poor electrician that cannot check if a call for heat is being sent and received. Maybe time to phone around?

If anyone can PM me someone in Kildare who knows what he's doing, that would be greatly appreciated
