For the first time, I have decided to use seaweed on my beds in my polly. Hoping to keep weeds down. They were really bad last year. Also, for fertilizer. Anyway .... I have noticed that the seaweed has dried to a crisp in the polly. Should I leave it as is? Fork it into soil? Or wet it from time to time to allowit to break down?
