Compare rathborne boulevard vs westmill swords

Hi

I am interested in 2 developments which are currently in the market at the moment. rathborne boulevard Ashtown and westmill swords.

But unable to decide which place is good on the long run.

Westmill, swords has slightly cheaper price, quite location, good schools vs rathborne boulevard has good commute, amenities etc.

The only problem I see with Rathborne boulevard are the buildings that are going up in front of the new houses (6 blocks in total 2 of them 14 storey).

What’s the average height down that way now, would it be around 6 or 7 stories?

I'm also thinking about buying one house in Rathborne Boulevard, my only concern is having those new gigantic buildings in front of the house. Based on your experience, would this be a problem in the future? Problem meaning property becoming hard to sell and loosing value?

Wow didn’t realise there’s a 14 story tower coming. Any news articles about that one? Guessing it’s Ballymore again

Cheers, that a big one alright. Personally would prefer across the canal in Ashington, nicer spot in my opinion.
