FYI - Samsung Ecobubble washer not draining

    Hi all,

hoping to save fellow Ecobubble owners some time and trouble.

Our Samsung Ecobubble 9kg washer (4 years old) stopped draining during and after a wash.

I checked the usual - filter, drain hose, pump motor, pump lines (easily accessed by tipping washer on its side) - and there were all good.

Also used the Samsung Smart Washer App which indicated no faults.

Was about to call out a repair service when my wife called the Samsung Phone Service line - they talked her through a 3 minute "Calibration" which apparently must do more than just calibrate the drum, as this resolved the issue.

I had checked on line, and hadn't seen this calibration routine as a fix for the drain function not working.

    Hope this helps someone.

Yeah, Samsung done that when the ice maker stopped working on our fridge freezer, they got me to hold the phone up to a sensor on the fridge and they did something through the phone to make the ice start working again.

    Isn't technology great!
