    hello

hopefully there are some plumbers on here that could help , i recently found a leak in my apartment which seems to be coming from the tank in my cupboard (pics attached) if i have the water turned on the main copper lever(which has a drip coming from it) in the cupboard ,i get water pooling in my hallway , a poole directly at the back of the toilet to the right of it, and out in the main hallway entrance to block of apartments which leaks below to the carpark (i have a Ground floor apartment)

for the leak to stop i have to turn off the main water which leaves me with know running water for the washing machine or water for the kitchen sink and no toilet water

any ideas what the problem could be ?
