I'm looking to match an existing grout on a red brick house, mid 1950's construction.

The grout is white, with a sparkle or glisten in. the mix.

What is this called, and would it be available anywhere nowadays?

    Appreciate any suggestions

Edit: It's a white POINTING I need, grout is probably the wrong term!

Time to put childish things aside.

I'd suggest that you take some photos of the brickwork (with a few close-ups of the mortar pointing) with your phone, head down to your builders providers and ask them their opinion as to what's in the make up of the mix.

Not to be pedantic but it may help.... 'Mortar' is used for pointing and is available in many colours, google 'coloured mortar' and you should find suppliers.
