Hi all, The AutoSave Draft feature is now disabled across the site. The decision to disable the feature was made via a poll last year. The delay in putting it in place was due to a bug/update issue. This should serve as a reminder to manually save your drafts if you wish to keep them. Thanks, The Boards Team.

Work done on house. Dubious practice?

I had some exterior work done to the house which required the use of a ladder. The workmen drilled into my deck to help secure the ladder and later filled in the holes. It’s ages since I had work carried out in the house and just feel this is a bit odd. Back in the day one of the lads would have held the ladder. Just wondering about opinions on this. Minimal damage in fairness but not keen on cracked or damaged deck boards further down the line.

    Thanks
