    Hi folks

Just bought a new build and they have a number of points throughout the house for the TV connection.

In some of these locations I'd like to move them to another wall - would that be a big enough job?

I assume there's no physical wiring as there no dish or cable installed. They've done the same for cat5 connection points.

    Thanks!

Don't know what you mean by there's no physical wiring, I assume there's coax cable at the TV point?

Do you plan to chase the wall to extend the cable to the new TV point?

I didn't even think of the coax cable.

What I wanted to do was bring it to another wall in the same room - the wall in front of where it is at the moment.

No easy way to do it, chasing the wall and running new cable is one option or running it under skirting and architrave another option, not great options if the house is internally finished.
