What are the differences between the different models?

Can you find a matrix showing where the different versions of a car differ? I'm looking at a SEAT Ateca, but would rather not scroll through the specs to see which model comes with what.

Also, I'm afraid to ask, but what are the lead times like now for these? Over a week?

You are very much advised to scroll through the product guides and decide on extras on such a big and expensive product.

Car delivery times are 3 to 12 months currently but the Ukraine issue is halting production at a lot of VW plants including seat as all wiring and other parts get affected.

    Very uncertain times ahead.

If you can grab a model in stock that would be ideal.

upto 6/7 years ago you could get a chart that showed all models with tick boxes for each spec item. They (pretty much all manufacturers!)prefer to guide you towards the models they want to sell now.

Thanks guys. We pulled the trigger on a second hand ateca at the weekend. The lead times were a major deterrent to a new car. We were told 3-9 months. And with the war in Ukraine I wonder could they be affected by that now too. If we ordered in March, I wouldn't be confident of having it in 2022!

The matrix with ticks would be perfect, but they just don't seem to provide this anymore. If a website did that I'd say it would bring traffic, but I couldn't find one. We got the FR model which the car salesman informed us is the top model, comes with everything. When I asked him a couple of questions on what everything meant he hadn't a clue ;) That man had an easy sale at the weekend! We'd made up our mind before going out really.

There’s an FR+ and Xperience+ models that are higher spec than the FR

The FR is well specced though.
