Samsung A10 - Remove greyed out uninstalled app icons from Home Screen?

Anyone know how to remove the greyed out uninstalled app icons on my Samsung A10? These apps are not installed on my phone. Have already tried clearing the cache on the Galaxy Launcher app, no change.
All help appreciated thank you.
