Northern Ireland is dealt with same way as EU Acquisitions. So the goods come in without VAT for registered traders and the VAT is dealt with on the reverse charge method. So you include the VAT that would have applied on T1 of your return and if you are entitled to VAT input credit then you also include the VAT value at T2 on the VAT return ( effectively cancelling each other out). You then include the goods value at E2 of the return.
