Blocked kitchen tap

Hi I have one of these taps in my kitchen and its slightly blocked. The water flow is very poor lately. I removed it and cleaned it with lime scale remover and blow it out with an air gun but no luck. Anyone know if the internals can be removed or do i replace. Only a few years old and was expensive.
