    Hi all,

Have already received planning permission for a ground floor extension to the rear and small one to side of our semi detached house (a wrap around style) and are ready to move to the next stage of the process i.e. finalize the working drawings with architect and then put the project out to tender.

However architect has also advised that we will need to employ a structural engineer for the project which we knew already but also a Health and Safety PSDP. Does anyone know if this PDSP is legally required and if so what would average costings be?

    Thanks
