Hi, recently moved in to a new build and the patio outside the backdoor is regularly getting large pools of water building up everytime it rains. The garden slopes upwards from the backdoor so rainwater is running down the garden and pooling on the patio in large amounts. The builder has said it's not their problem as it wasn't raised on the snag list but the problem wasn't obvious on the snag inspection. Do I have any recourse?
