Stuck Toilet Help

So long story short my toilet I'm guessing is clogged with hair , I cut my hair last night and some of it i threw in the jacks because it was the nearest thing (stupid yes i know) I've tried vinegar, mr muscle drain cleaner and no joy any ideas ?? it goes down but the 2nd I flush it's mere inches from tipping out

Assuming the blockage hasn't gone too far, a plunger is probably your best bet or maybe a wire hanger if you don't have a plunger.
If the blockage has gone beyound the S pipe, you might need to open up the nearest manhole outside

Plunge it with a mop, plungers dont work well on toilets.. maybe get a new mop afterwards..
