Hi folks, just looking for suggestions. I need a high temp silicone to glue the rope down around my stove door and new glass. Esse sent me their own brand along with the proper diameter rope but the volume in the little bottle is laughable. There’s just enough to do the door and nothing left for to go around the glass (another metre). I’m wondering what stuff the pros use? Would high temp silicone like I can get in a motor factors be good enough? Max temp 250c I think , or is there a silicone gun type tube I can get and use into the future??

I bought a rope and glue set in woodies last year, it did the job.

I got the rope and the glue in a kit in B&Q last week.

Loads of glue in the little bottle.
