ATC electric heaters

Hey guys, just moved into a new flat that has ATC heaters. I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with them? In regards cost, best way to use them etc. On the ATC website it says having them on for four hours would cost roughly 63c...i find that hard to believe! thanks in advance for any input!!
