I can't get ITV channels on my LGTV, I get a message there is no C1 Module

However I can get the ITV channels on a Sharp TV, same satellite dish is used for both TVs

    Anyone know why?

Can you get any of the other satellite channels on the LGTV, if so which ones? You may need to set the region to UK and recan if you are able to receive other satellite channels.

It's referring to a CI Module (Common Interface) used for encrypted channels with a viewing card.

I don't know of any encrypted ITV channels though, except for the HD versions of ITV2, 3 and 4 which are encrypted and tied to Sky subscription. Is it these you're trying to watch? It's possible there are other ITV channels that are encrypted that I'm unaware of.

    https://www.lyngsat.com/Astra-2E-2F-2G.html has a list of free-to-air frequencies.

I can get the BBCs, but I think the problem may be my satellite signal may be weak
