    Hi can anyone help...I by accident covered the sensor on the sliding door of my van as converting it to camper..closed it and while driving next day got door open on dash ..so removed the obstruction door open on dash gone but now won't lock...checked fuse grand..replaced the contact plate on the vans body and disconnected battery and still no luck....I was informed that used wrong category so it now in correct subject.

    Hi, just check the sensor didn't get pushed back when you closed the door after you originally covered it?

    I got an intermittent door open warning ... and it turned out to be the sensor plate was slightly loose and could move.

    I replaced the senor plate...and disconnected battery for few hours and still won't lock..I believe the four pins on the door with contact the sensor plate are damaged...but hopefully going to get lads at garage where i work for transport company to take a look thanks for the reply.
