Buxus fungus

Hi, wondering if anyone can identify this , is it a blight like the dreaded buxus blight? Is there anything that can save the plants? There's approx 10 other buxus of various sizes planted , some of which cost over €100 each :/ only planted last year. I've tried a buxus liquid feed on them already Thanks

Looks more like pruning too tight before frost damage to me.

Hopefully that's all it is but I'm not sure. It's been like this since about October . If that's what it is is it likely to recover ?
