Transfer of Residence from UK to Ireland

Hi. Wondering if anyone can help.

Uk resident moving over to Ireland. Looking to rent a van to bring some personal belongings (beds, sofa, TV etc etc). Not bringing a car.

Looking at the Transfer of residence form and a couple of questions.

- where you list the items it asks for value, is that value now as it's all old stuff so only a fraction of what paid for years ago.

- evidence of transfer, do you need something in all categories of the list (disposal of property abroad, day to day living, cessation of employment, other) and then Ireland side (acquisition of property (I'm staying with family to start with) Have job offer....

Then just need to email in the forms....

Any help would be great if anyone has done this recently.

I'd be putting 'no commercial value' for household items. It's not like you're going to sell them and get enough to replace them.

Just tell the truth, will be staying with familly till find a property to rent/buy. They'll ask questions if they need more information.
