I'd really recommend this one in Ibiza, beautiful little beach safe for kids right outside, there's a water park at the other side of the hotel which is part of it, great for small kids and that beach is a gift at night time you can chill out with a few cocktails while they play in the sand, it's really geared for kids but you'll have a relaxing holiday as well, https://www.tuiholidays.ie/f/spain/balearic-islands/ibiza/port-des-torrent/hotels/holiday-village-seaview-ibiza
