Bungalow extension

    Hi folks

    I am thinking of adding a ground floor extention of about 70 sqm to rear of a bungalow. One or two internal walls will probably need to be taken down or removed in the bungalow. I will need the services of an architect for plans/ planning etc..

    Q : Any idea of cost per sq mtr. left ready for painting.

    What should I expect to pay for an architect..
