For the last few years I have been providing support to my brother from my 2019 iMac running Big Sur.

We have just upgraded him from an old Mac running High Sierra to a new 24" iMac with the M1 chip, currently on Big Sur.

His system will not generate a code for support.

I re-installed RDT on my system and was prompted to give permission to allow the app to control my system.

When I re-install on his system there is no such prompt and nothing in Accessibility.

    Thanks.

I sorted it. An M1 Mac can't run RDT unless Rosetta has been installed.
