Aer Lingus and the covid certs etc

Flying to the UK on Thursday evening from Shannon on a flight booked through Avios points so i cant access it from the app or check in.

I have flown KLM up until now so i have had no experience with EI.

So far as i remember were EI using some sort of app for uploading covid certs etc before you fly?

We have our certs on the phone as usual, is this still ok or must you do some sort of doc upload?

I just don't want to get caught at the airport

Coming back

1. Download and register in the Verify app, you will need the Aer Lingus reference number beginning with 2. The app goes through some questions and you can scan your covid cert into the app
2. Complete the Irish passenger locator form and again scan the barcode using Verifly. You cannot check in online without doing this.

Ah so these are a case of or the check in desk? the PLF appears to cease on Friday.

I dont mind going to the desk in Shannon anyway as its quite quick.
