Charger Adaptor Query - Type 2 to Type 1

Hi All,

I just moved into a house that as a type charger from the previous tenant which the landlord paid to keep rather than leave a mess on the front of the home.

My car is an older type 1 outlander. My questions is does anyone know if there is an adaptor to use with the type 2 charging cable on the wallbox pulsar that was installed because it wont fit my type 1 connection on the car.

There does not seem to be any cable option for this as the charging cable on the charger is the cable so my only thoughts was an adaptor of some kind but the only one i can find is type 1 to type 2 but nothing for my issues being a type 2 charger into a type 1 connection point.

I found a type 1 to type adaptor on amazon and there are loads but no type 2 to type 1 which seems strange unless I am missing something.

Any help appreciated.

Usually, for sale on eBay, people with a type 1 car trading up and swapping the cables on the charger put the type 1 up for sale for around 40 pounds.

Hey all thanks for the help I actually managed to get an adaptor that works perfectly, it allows the type 2 plug into it and has a type 1 connection on the other end that fits into the car as normal.

All the others were type 1 to type 2 but I needed a type 2 to type 1 so this did the trick.
