I'm installing the Drayton Wiser heating system on my system however it requires all rads to have TRVs and you replace the old head with the new electronic one.

However a lot of my rads never had TRVs, is it possible to buy trv radiator valve bodies on their own? I see them in the UK but not sure if they will work being 15mm.

Anyone able to help me?

Before you buy TRVs you need to make sure your new TRV heads will fit on them. There are several different types & you don't always get an adapter to suit

I've been to a few and they only sell them with the heads which I dont need.
I might get these:

They are expensive enough for just the valve. Around €22.50 each allowing for delivery.
They will be fine on Irish copper. The smart TRVs are expensive. I have some Danfoss ones myself. You might not need them in every room though.

Yes. Things like electric showers have UK size connections & come with UK elbows. These work perfectly on Irish copper
