I have asked number of drivers but couldn't get a definitive answer. The driver already on duty for 6 hours, of which 3 hours of driving, 2 hours other work and 1 hour POA, Question: Can driver continue to work for another hour or require to take a break?

A driver not only has to go by the tacho regs but also the WTD, So from memory eveni if a driver hasn't drove for 4.5 hours but has done other work like off loading/ loading etc. They would be required to take a 30 min break under the WTD.
