    We have two saving accounts at your bank Account number: <removed> We sent a singed letter twice (on August 2021 and Feb 19 2022) to branch manager of Bank of Ireland Little Ireland branch asking for the closing of the two accounts and transfer all the money to Sony Bank Inc. in Japan. However so far no transaction was made and no communication has been done from the branch manager. Please contact the branch manager and advice him/her to execute the requested transaction asap ad to communicate with us.
