Flush plate

Hi looking for some help please my flushplate broke and I don't know the make to get new ones I already tried one but it's not the right one and doesn't fit I can't see any name on plate or cistern so hopefully someone can identify it from attached pics Thanks XL 500

Looks like a Geberit but usually there is a brand name on theirs. I remember they had a chrome version which were always breaking but also a heavy metal one,. Bring the old one to Davies to be sure.

Thanks but not geberit can anyone help as I can't tear out cistern just because flush plate is broke
