Any tips on breakers yards who would be likely to have this part or is it just a matter of ringing as many as possible to find it?

Also anyone know a ball park of what price you'd expect to pay for a used one that will fit a 2007 car?.Tia.

    1.0l or 1.3l?

Out of curiosity why does it need changing?

If something else in the car caused it to go, the new one will go too.

Plus you dont have an idea how good the replacement is

Ring around for new spurious prices too. You could be surprised how cheap they might be.

This one is showing as 173 if its the right one. Can you fit it yourself ?

Years ago i needed one for a ford escort. .

    380 genuine. Part only

    120 spurious.

    300 spurious fitted.

4 bolts , fitted the morning of the nct

Some difference in the car without it .

Try relihans in tralee and bob sweeney in limerick .

    I hope this helped somewhat

+1 on the who what where when why. A used part may be very worn and about to die too. They have a limited life and if engine is smoky they will block again soon.
