Refrigerator problem freezer working but refrigerator not cooling

    Hi,

    I own a “Belling” American type fridge freezer. (I’ll include a picture below)

    The freezer is working properly but the fridge is not cold/cooling. The fan in the fridge is working because I can hear it running. I have checked the temperature and it is ok. Everything worked no problem yesterday.

    Can anyone help?

    it is probably clogged with ice in the evap, simplest thing to do is remove the frozen food and unplug the appliance and leave both doors open to allow it defrost, it may defrost overnight but that will depend on ice build up.

    Temperature might be too low and that has caused ice build up.

    Keep temp at 5 degrees.


    Usually plenty on YouTube on issues like this with easy fix.
