Vodafone Online Upgrade Issue

    I've been trying to upgrade online for a few days and keep running into the same issue. Go to the phone page, select colour/capacity, click Yes for are you a Vodafone customer and it asks me to login. So I login and it brings me to My Vodafone page (not to the phone page because that'd be smart) and then I have to go back to the phone page and when I click on Yes it asks me to login again even though I'm definitely already logged in. There's no way out of this loop.

    I've been on to Vodafone customer support a few times but not exactly getting much help there. Has this happened to anyone else and you were able to get it resolved? I've tried clearing browser cache & cookies. Tried different browsers on my phone, home PC and work PC and always the same result. It's the same problem no matter what phone I try to select too.

    I know I can normally call the upgrade team to complete the order for me but I'm trying to upgrade to S22 Ultra and that team don't have any stock. Vodafone's online page does have stock but they can't access that for... reasons.
