Irish number for receiving texts while abroad

Im living in Peru at the moment and I lost my Irish SIM card. There are a few things that are requiring I use an Irish mobile number and they send an SMS verification. Is there an online service that'll let you receive an SMS to an Irish number?

Can you get someone to send you a PAYG SIM?
With Three Ireland, credit expires 180 days after application to your account, so you will have to make at most 2 top-ups per year.
