Extending socket/Insulated plasterboard

Want to install another socket to lower position below an original socket (tv point). I know it's the end of a radial.

The wall is insulated plasterboard (I know as oval conduit appears in the attic for the cable and in the backbox). My question is before I ask in the sparks in to do the work, will the wall have to be chased/channelled to install a new piece of oval conduit, or can the insulation behind be pushed out by some conduit without touching the finished plaster. Distance is about 700mm. Or is it a case of smash out the channel/install conduit and make good over the conduit? Just so I can tell herself before it all starts :)

Yes it should be possible to get through that distance without damaging the finished plaster, barring any unforseen problems.
