Ochsner heat pump problems

Interested in anyone else having issues with their Ochsner Heat Pump, or the service providers that installed them? Have had nothing but problems year-in year-out over last 7 years! Endless sensor issues, expansion valve faults, de-icing loops, shutdowns with no warning, and zero support from the only two service providers…

Massively frustrated at this stage, would love to see if anyone else has similar experiences?
