Ochsner heat pump problems

    Interested in anyone else having issues with their Ochsner Heat Pump, or the service providers that installed them?

    Have had nothing but problems year-in year-out over last 7 years!

    Endless sensor issues, expansion valve faults, de-icing loops, shutdowns with no warning, and zero support from the only two service providers in the country who work with them.

    Massively frustrated at this stage, would love to see if anyone else has similar experiences?
