Returns policy - No Shop notice

Hi, just wondering do shops have to have their returns policy notice on display in their shop?

There is no requirement to accept returns (unless faulty etc) hence no requirement to have a return policy. Hence no requirement to display it.

You have rights under the Sale Of Goods Act (basically if goods are faulty you can return them for refund or repair) but not much else by law.
