Moving radiator air to water system

Hello,

I visited my future house still under construction today. I noticed that the radiators will be mounted in a couple of position that I really don't like because will sacrifice walls that can be used for storage. So I'm thinking to move in different location, in the same rooms, once that I'll have the keys because unfortunately we cannot change anything until is in construction.

Is it a tricky and expensive job or a plumber can do it quickly with reasonable price? They are both around 140cm wide and will be relocate in the same rooms just in different position. Thanks

I was thinking about it but I don't whether is possible do it before the drawdown.

Are the pipes covered yet? You won't want any joins under the floor, so it might mean new pipes run to manifold.

Not yet. There is no floor at the moment and the pipes come out through the concrete or the walls

Get on to your plumber or builder as soon as possible to discuss it. Don't allow a bodged job with underfloor joints. Be diplomatic, theyve already done the job to spec.

I will contact tmw. I'm just afraid that I need to wait the drawdown to do all this job and that mean that everything will be already n place.

A good approach will be half the battle. You will of course have to consider that you will have to pay extra.

I considered that even though I don't really understand what is in the architect mind when they think to sacrifice main walls to place radiator and don't leave any storage space in the room.
