Hi guys, I’m based in Tuam Co. Galway. I have access to a site 0.7 acres grass no trees or rocks beside main road. I was wondering how much would it cost me for site clearance, foundation trench digging, filling up to slab level, 190 sqm domer self build with direct labour . Any breakdown welcome. Thank you
