Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Now that we will hopefully be traveling round a lot more this year I was wondering what breweries do taprooms or open days in your area.

In Limerick we have: Treaty City open on the weekend till 7pm and Crew which is has full pub opening hours 7 days a week.

Breweries you can drink at, off the top of my head:

    Dublin:

    • Rascals (Taproom)
    • Urban (Brewpub)
    • JW Sweetman (Brewpub)
    • Guinness Open Gate (Taproom)

    Cork

    • Franciscan Well (Brewpub)
    • Rising Sons (Brewpub)
    • Elbow Lane (Restaurant)
    • Cotton Ball (Brewpub)
    • Thompsons (Brewpub)

    Athlone

    • Dead Centre (Brewpub)

    Redcross

    • Wicklow Brewery/Mickey Finn's (Brewpub)

    Kinnitty

    • Slieve Bloom (Brewpub)

    Rathcoffey

    • Farrington's Mill (Brewpub)

    Dingle

    • Dick's Mack's (Brewpub)
    • Tic Bhric/West Kerry Brewery (Brewpub)

    Killarney

    • Killarney Brewing (Taproom)

    Kenmare

    • Tom Crean Brewery (Restaurant)

There's a good few in Belfast and Derry too. Bullhouse and Boundary do scheduled taproom days.

    Derry

    • Walled City Brewery (restaurant)

    Belfast

    • Deer's Head (brewpub)

Boundary are rumoured to be taking over a bar in Belfast city centre soon and Bullhouse are opening a taproom on the Newtownards Road. A certain Donegal brewery will have a taproom in the near future as well. 😉
