Best choice for porting landline - voice mail only

    A relative wants cheapest option to port landline number (currently with Pure) to cheapest VoIP service.


    Usage:

    Divert all calls to answering service.

    All calls to go to voicemail with a message "this number is no longer used. Please call Jane Doe on 089 xxxxx. Please do not leave a message as these will not be listened to"

    Might consider divert to Mobile. Few calls will divert.


    Suggestions for best value / most straightforward solution.

    To be used by elderly person. Will be set up by a relative.
