Hi Guys n Gals Wanted to ask what are peoples current experience's with pricing of new builds. Now I'm not talking turn key build, I'm thinking builders finish or basic shell 1st fix level. Pretty straight forward build nothing ott 3 bed , 160 Sq. m build including a 6x6 garage.
