    Hi Guys n Gals

    Wanted to ask what are peoples current experience's with pricing of new builds.

    Now I'm not talking turn key build, I'm thinking builders finish or basic shell 1st fix level. Be pretty confident being an engineer I would be able to organize the rest as living on site and ground would would be done ( i.e ready for foundations )

    Pretty straight forward build nothing ott 3 bed , 160 Sq. m build including a 6x6 garage.
