Settings says developer if approx 95% ok and toner is 35% ok.Bought new toner but got same result.
How can I sort out to get clean print..

There are usually maintenance programmes to clean the nozzles, etc but printers are infamous for their planned obsolescence.
Assuming this is the right printer (MS317), try this:
