Buying or building a custom pc for 3d modelling

    Hi all

    I need a Windows pc for rendering work and 3D modelling in Sketchup.

    im thinking of either a current gen i5 or equivalent AMD, along with a current gen GPU


    1. any suggestions on the most economic way to get this, self build or buy? Source from Ireland or UK or Europe
    2. any thoughts on what is best value spec that will comfortably run Sketchup and it’s rendering plugins? I don’t want to spend in any uneccesary way as this pc will be strictly for 3d modelling
