Airtightness layer

Just realised that the guy who fitted my blinds, drilled through my Airtightness layer on every window in my house. He was fixing those child safety clips for the cords. The area he drilled has no timber on the reveal it’s behind the service void. . So he went straight into the insulation. will this cause me any major…

will this cause me any major issues in the future my house is a timber frame.
